I am 16, and have been driving my friends around for awhile. But if l get pulled over with a friend in the car, what is the penalty? I've heard it is just a $35 fine for everyone in the car, and other people tell me that the license gets taken away until i'm 18. l have had my license for about 5 months. I am not planning on getting caught, but if so, what happens?

What is the penalty for driving people with a provisional license in California

do you have a permit or liscense?
if you hve a liscnse it wo not matter who is in the car.
if you have a permit then your liscense will be taken away untill your 21.
