Can anyone tell me why a responsible driver should not be able to open alcohol in their vehicle without punishment as long as they are not breaking any ''real'' driving laws or hurting anyone? What is the big deal?Having one drink while driving is illegal but you can have at least 3 before you get in the car and have alcohol in your system but be legal, and this is safer why?I'd rather be on the road with the person that has the least amount to drink but they are both within the legal BAC.Is this fair?
once again,l do not believe my ears, what is wrong with picture,l can legally drink at least 3 and get in the car and drive legally, but if l have 1 open while I am driving l am breaking the law and less intoxicated by two fold legally, and still under the limit than if l had the 3 before l drove.Give me an intelligent and sensible answer if you think I am wrong.
everyone still misses the point,I am not condoning drunk driving at all, having a glass of wine at dinner and driving home is no different than having it in the car as far as the effect on the body. lam very well educated as far as alcohol is concerned as well as driving. Are you?
